Returns

Here at Grimmie's Naturals, we guarantee that our product(s) are 100% all natural and made with pure, potent, and quality essential oils. For this reason, we are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. We understand that in the rare occasion that you are not satisfied or react to our product, you may want to return it and receive a refund. Our return policy lasts 30 days and in this window, you may return your product unused or used. We have a bottom of the bottle guarantee, and if you use your entire jar of salve and feel it has not helped to build your immunity and prevent illness, we will refund you! If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To complete all returns, we will need your order number, confirmation email, or any proof of purchase for the specific order. If unable to provide this information, we will not accept your return. Grimmie's Naturals must be notified via email of request for return by the 30th day of purchase in order for your return to be evaluated and accepted or denied.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

-Customer has not returned all merchandise. 

-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Our 100% Money Back Guarantee 

A product will only qualify for this Guarantee on customer's FIRST order. Also, it will only qualify on the first unit ordered. Any units ordered after that do not qualify. For example, if you order a bundle package only one unit will qualify for Our Money Back Guarantee.

If you order multiple units of a product, only one single unit will qualify for the 100% Money Back Guarantee. This is to protect Grimmie's Naturals from persons who abuse e-commerce systems and services provided. Consumers will be responsible for all necessary return shipping.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

APPROVAL OF REFUND- Email notice will be sent upon approval of refund, refunds will be sent back to the original choice of purchase such as (credit, visa, PayPal ect.) Cash exchange is not optional.

DENIAL OF REFUND- Email notice will be sent upon denial of refund, inspection of each return will be made. If in anyway the product has been altered or not returned in whole, no refunds will be issued. Fraudulent returns will be investigated and persecuted by government law.

To return your product, you should first email us, this is to make sure that all avenues have been explored and any resolution that is possible has been made. After emailing and receiving a response from Grimmie's Naturals, there will be notification in your email inbox to send back your product and attached to this email will be a return address. If there is any suspicion about abuse of system, the customer will be investigated and/or prosecuted under the most recent and updated government laws.

Please keep in mind Grimmie's Naturals salve has a consistency that has been perfected down to the exact gram/oz per ratio of each specific oil. Tampering with this ratio or altering the state of the consistency will be considered in determining of acceptance or denial of the return.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Transactions can take up to 72 hours for processing incoming tranfers. If after this point no refund is issued, please contact your credit card company and/or look for any pending transactions being made.

If you have waited the allotted amount of days and have executed every resource possible please contact grimmiesnaturals@gmail.com and we will be more than happy to help resolve this issue.

 

 Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged (ex. cracked jar, cracked lid, punctured lid, extreme dented lid resulting in improper seal of product). Please email us right way at grimmiesnaturals@gmail.com. Again, if there is reasonable suspicion that consistency of the salve has been intentionally altered, Grimmie's Naturals has the right to refuse the exchange.

Shipping

All orders placed Monday-Friday before 1:00pm MST will be shipped out the same day. All orders placed on Saturday before 10am MST will be shipped out the same day. Any orders placed on Saturday after 10am MST and all orders placed on Sunday will not be shipped until the following Monday. Holidays may affect shipping.

After emailing and receiving a response from Grimmie's Naturals, there will be a notification allowing the customer to send back the product. Attached to this email will be a return address.

The consumer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item unless the product is defective or qualifies for the Money Back Guarantee. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Each order is designated a specific tracking number. Once the order has been shipped the customer will have an email notification sent to the email of his/her choice. The customer is able to track this order during the entire shipment process. Once the package is delivered to the designated address, Grimmie's Naturals is notified. In the rare case where the packages are  marked “delivered” by the shipping company but the customer does not receive the package, It is instructed to wait a few hours for the package to be delivered. If the package still has not been received, the customer will need to contact their local post office for further investigation. Grimmie's Naturals is not liable for any shipments that “do not show” if the tracking number states it has been “delivered”. Please remember to have your tracking number ready for your local mailing service.  If you have lost your tracking number feel free to email us at grimmiesnaturals@gmail.com and we will provide this tracking number for you.
